# Problems with the addon

 * Hi there,
 * Im running your addon on my webshop, and up until recently it’s been running 
   without problems, but after a few days without any sales and a customer contacting
   me. I found it it stopped working, first it seemed like a mess up with the API
   since the addon wasn’t showing at all during checkout.
    I fixed that by updating
   the API again, and it seemed to work. Only it didn’t, I just tried to place an
   order with my card etc, and once I press checkout i get the following error:
 * Invalid source object: must be a dictionary or a non-empty string. See API docs
   at [https://stripe.com/docs&#8217](https://stripe.com/docs&#8217);
 * Don’t know how to fix this, could you help?

 * Only thing is now to do is to clear any server side cache(due to caching plugins)
   or browser side cache because the version works fine at my end and i dont have
   any options to debug for you can you provide site url so i can check further ?

 * quickly chiming in here; in Autoptimize you could try unticking the “force JS
   in head”-option and adding `js/jquery/jquery.js` to the comma-separated JS optimization
   exclusion list.
