    Hi everyone,

I’m trying to place my pictures in the slider, but i’m having trouble with the width and height. The pictures are sized: 1366px width x 911px height (the landscape ones) and the portrait ones are sized 911px height.
The slider settings are like so:

    Current Slider Options
    Width 1366
    Height 911
    Views standart
    Effects none
    Pause Time 4000
    Change Speed 1000
    Slider Position Center
    Loading Icon On
    Navigate By No navigation
    Pause on Hover Checked
    Video Autoplay PRO
    Random
    Lightbox

I’m new to WordPress, so this might be a stupid question. But if someone can help me out that would be great!

  • Dear cindydamen,

    Thanks for reaching out us.
Please be kindly informed that in the free version if you want the images not to be distorted it is necessary to upload images of the same size and ratio. And when you set the Width and Height options, they will be fitting for all images of the slider.

However, in the pro version, there is an image behavior option (fil, fit and stretch), which is adjusting the image size and ratio automatically to the slider’s width and height.

If you wish, you can provide your images, we will test them at our end on the Pro version and provide the screenshots for you to see how it will look using the commercial version of the plugin.

The images can be sent to our email address using our Contact us form.

    Thanks
