Title: Problems with Russian Last modified: August 22, 2016 --- # Problems with Russian * Resolved [andr2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andr2/) * (@andr2) * [11 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problems-with-russian-1/) * Hello, * After migrating from QTranslate to QTranslate-X (Version 3.2.9) there is a problem with Russian (default site’s language was Russian): 1. Most of menus in Admin panel are now in English (just one exception is in Russian). 2. It’s impossible to select Russian in General Settings – after submitting I got English again and again. 3. It looks like they have something from tags but they are not user-friendly. Neither Custom Fields nor “Add Meta Tags” plugin allows to select the language – you can only set everything manually with language selectors (ex. [:en]) * Previously I used “Qtranslate Meta” plugin at [https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-meta/screenshots/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-meta/screenshots/). Its big plus was in possibility to choose the language and type standard metatags in each selected language separately (ex.
