Smart Manager plugin does not provide complete right-to-left (RTL) compatibility. However, during our testing with the ‘Hebrew’ language, we were unable to replicate the reported issue regarding table line breaks.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with screenshots or screengrab videos showcasing the issue. You can upload the files to a file-sharing site and share the link with us.

Sorry for the confusion. We completely missed that now you can attach media here in the comments also.
We have taken note of the same and will surely update you once we have added full support for RTL and fixed this issue as well.
