Problems with reset password

Hi all,

I have received multiple reports from users of my site that when they forget their password they use the reset password feature but it doesn’t work properly. Here is a post one of them placed in my forums

“Forgot password, and the page to reset password there is no save password button, just a button that resets it again.so you are put in a never ending loop”

Any suggestion on what I could do to fix this problem?
