    Hi, we have recently added two Sensei courses to our WordPress site. Neither course shows up on the grading page, neither shows as ‘Completed’ or ‘Active’ on learners’ course info page and there is no ‘View Certificate’ button showing for learners who have successfully completed either course (though a certificate template is attached). We have other courses on the site, published over a year ago, that are working fine, and we have checked all the settings but can’t see why these issues may be happening. Wondering if it may be connected to a recent plugin update?

    I have the same problem. And the certificates don’t show, if I open the certificate a message “There has been a critical error on this website”

    My apologies for the delay in responding!

    If you’re still having this problem, it’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
