# Problems with receiving notifications

 * Good morning, I have a problem with the plugin specifically with receiving notifications
   the moment a type of post changes status. with the new update I saw that there
   is the log section and inside I saw that for all the post attempts that I did
   as a test there is this error message :
   FailedError: The notification was set
   as “Scheduled” but the cron task is not found.(asynchronous)
 * how can i solve it? is there any way?
   thanks

 * Thanks for using our plugin.
 * Can you try go to Planner > Settings > Features, then uncheck “Async notification”?
   Let me know if the issue persists.

   because most of sites works with Async notifications. And some of them require
   sync notifications. Hope that clear things up!
