Bill, I guess it is the Publicize issue, not the Writer. I have also been using Writer all the time. But hey, a lot of posts are sent from Writer to be published at a later time/date anyway. Publicize stopped sharing on Twitter about a week or two ago.
Same is happening to me, suddenly Publicize is not working with Twitter, Facebook and Google+. I enjoy Jetpack, but this kind of thing, again… how can I schedule my posts if I never now wether they’ll be published on FBook, etc? Tsc..
Since I was curious I installed the 2.8 version of publicize.php. Then I wrote a test post using Live Writer and published it. It posted on my web site and published to Twitter just fine.
Same here. Doesn’t publicize to all networks. Can’t edit them at a post either. Greyed out.
Really, after updates I ceased to work the Publicize.Don’t work Facebook, Google+. I use only them.
I did the following:
I deleted connections.
I deleted applications in Google +
I created new connection.
On Facebook in a debug mode everything is checked correctly.Response code 200. Errors aren’t present. But also publications aren’t present anywhere too.
Not under all posts there are Share buttons. Where were gone I don’t know.
@bill: As I mentioned, though, I’d really like to have a look at an actual post from your site. Could you share a link, or contact us via our form? Also, what version of Live Writer are you using, and on what version of Windows?

I updated Jetpack version 2.9.2 and that fixed the problem for me.
