Problems with PRO Version poor resolution and not showing all photos

Hi, I am having a few issues with the Pro version of the Flickr Album Gallery plugin. The resolution gets very poor and all the photos are not displaying thumbnails in the slider when a picture is opened. I am using the Pretty Photo style and it was working before but recently stopped displaying all the photos in the gallery. Please advise and thanks for your help.
