# Problems with PO&MO files

 * First of all, you’ve done a fantastic work with this plugin. It’s simply wonderful.
   Thanks!
 * I’ve localizated today the .pot original file into Spanish with Poedit as you
   recommend in your website. Then, I’ve uploaded both files to language folder 
   via FTP but I cannot see it translated into Spanish. Even I’ve renamed from es_ES.
   po&mo as wp-job-manager.po&mo, and as it didn’t worked sucessfully, the .pot 
   file has been removed if it was the cause.
 * I’m sorry for disturb you with something that I am very sure you’re sick to answer
   but I need a bit of your help. Surely I’m not doing the process as I should.

 * > Even I’ve renamed from es_ES.po&mo as wp-job-manager.po&mo, and as it didn’t

 * The filenames need to be like so:
 * `wp-job-manager-es_ES.mo`
 * Also, to keep them safe from upgrades, you should put them in the `WP_LANG` directory,
   which is usually `wp-content/languages`.

 * Thanks a lot for your help. It has worked perfectly! I just needed to change 
   the file name.
 * I’ve already saved a copy of both in the language directory as you suggest.
