Ok, so after I installed the plugin I could’t edit my theme (being login as administrator). I had not plugin link anymore on my side bar. I went and manually uninstall the plugin via FTP (deleted all the files) nonetheless, I can’t still access my plugins page (it says access denied) and can’t access theme editor. I know there must be a file that I need to delete, but I can figure out why. Can you please let me know how to resolve this problem?

    Thank you,

  • Hi natsd,
Sounds like you restricted access to administrator to do it. You can send us the dump of your database so we can check what is going on with your system.

The latest version of AAM is very very tricky to use, any changes to your own or another’s profile removes any permissions that user has, creating a new role does the same thing, I will be removing this app until I have confidence that it is working correctly.

    Hi Natali,
