 * I cant seem to change my options for permalinks without me losing access to my
   site. I am also experiencing some slight performance issues too.
 * I would like to use SEO friendly URLS but as soon as i change my permalink options
   i cant access my site without deleting the web-config file from my webspace
 * Can anyone help please
