 * the other value box is way to small. and it doenst grow if u type in. so its 
   kinda useless.

    Please try adding the following CSS code to Custom CSS
   option of your form theme:
 *     ```
       .other_input {
           width: 150px !important;
           margin: 5px !important;
       }
       div[wdid="11"] {
           margin-top: 20px;
       }
       ```
   
 * Make sure to clear the cache of your web browser before checking the changes.
