# Problems with order numbers

 * **Order numbers:**
    They are created by woocommerce –> We are using the simple
   integration with wordpress
 * Screenshots:

   > They are not running in order, I am not sure if that´s something to worry about.
   But as I will explain next, the site is having problems with order numbers. Example
   of error –> [Mail that client receives with order number](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Dul1KUUXGFLByM7yJl311onu1uTulLh_/view?usp=sharing)–
   > Is a recent order yet number seems desactualized. When I search for the [order 34555, I only see an old different order](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KahYckIiNJBiL-KfqlIUPtdDhCXEvzV-/view?usp=sharing).
   I do receive the purchase in my bank account. However I do not see the order 
   being created in Woocommerce, I can not see details of the purchase (colours 
   or sizes)
 * Trial Purchases:
    The problem does not happen every single time, I tried forcing
   the error and every time I got it right. However, when there is a mistake all
   order numbers are around 34555. It seems not to be a random number but they all
   go back to the same place when the issue happens.
 * Please let me know if you have any recommendations as to where I should look 
   into. Thank you so much in advance for your time.
