  • I never heard back from these people so I’m kinda pissed that I paid for this plugin and they don’t even bother to acknowledge a support request – especially since this is the only way they allow you to ask for support. At first I was going to vote for them (like they ask on their website), but not anymore!

    I found a work around for this issue. I created blank pages with just the sliders in them and then added those pages via iframes to the real pages. Now I have 3 fully functioning sliders on both pages.

    Great plugin, crap support!! Even though I’ve figured out a TEMPORARY solution, I don’t want to mark this as resolved since they haven’t actually fixed anything.

    Turns out my rant was unnecessary since this isn’t the real support forum. I decided to calm down and start over and found their real support forum in the footer of their website. You have to have your purchase code from Envato and create an account, but I’m assuming this is where they usually respond to support requests. I hope so, because that’s my only option now.
