    Hi there,

I have an issue with a multilangiuage (eng-ita) ecommerce which I have set up with woocommerce and Polylang.

When I change the stock staus of a product from “not in stock” to “available” I can see the product in the cathegory listing only for the language I have change the status. I try to explain better:

I have one medal that is set as out of stock, and when I try the catalogue page I can’t see it in the relevant cathegory (both in ita and eng). So I go to the Woo admin page and set the italian product as available in ita. Rightly so the status appear as available in the eng version of the product. But when I am checking the availability in the catalague view, the product appears only in the ita cathegory, nit iin trhe correspondent english category. Likewise happens if I modify the status in the english translatio of the product. Any idea what may be the issue and how to solve it?

    Many thanks

    Hi @zucs

Not sure why this is happening. I would need to investigate further to find out.

My first hunch is that Polylang probably creates a separate version of the site, where the stock counts are different.

Could you reach out to the Polylang support folks and ask if this is an issue they’ve heard of? Perhaps they could be of help. You can contact them here: https://polylang.pro/support/
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/polylang/

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @zucs,

We have not heard back from you for some time so I am going to go ahead and c lose this thread. If you are continuing to have issues please open a new thread and let us know!

    Cheers!
