Problems with moving my wordpress :(

Hellow,

I follow this stepts to move my wordpres form my localhost to my real webhost:

But when I click a link, the URI is http://localhost…

And yes, I have set the URI in the table wp-options to my website (http://www.internetfreakz.be)

Can somebody helps me? 😉
