Problems with menu scroll

Thanks for your great theme! We have enjoyed using it! However, we are encountering one problem with the menus. For some of our sub-sub menus, the list gets chopped off the bottom and it does not scroll the menu down like it scrolls the page down.

So, for example, on crestedbutterealestateagent.com, if you go to “Property” in the menu list, then hover over “Crested Butte Condos”, a list of condos shows up. But the list of condos is chopped off the bottom. When I try to scroll so it shows more, the page itself scrolls, but the menu does not. So, in the end, the bottom of the menu still remains chopped off.

How can we fix this?
