Title: Problems with Manual Backups Last modified: August 30, 2016 --- # Problems with Manual Backups * Resolved [Debayne](https://wordpress.org/support/users/debayne/) * (@debayne) * [10 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problems-with-manual-backups/) * Hi, * I have this plugin on a number of my clients website.Scheduled backups seem to work fine but there seems to be a problem with manual backups. * The backup starts is the icon starts spinning but then once completed it does nothing, so backup is listed. * I have seen in other threads that there has been a problem with sites hosted on Heart Internet and all of my sites are hosted with them. Sounds like your host server may not be allowing loopback connections which could cause this problem. * Cheers! We’re looking at possible solutions. * It’s possible to get scheduled backups working however.
