Sorry to hear about this. We want to dig deeper into what went wrong.
Could you please share the logs by going to: Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab > on the drop-down list to the right, select the date and click View
The logs should appear, then please copy & email it on ecommerce@yoco.com
You can send multiple logs as well.
