# Problems with JupiterX theme

 * Hey Ben,
 * I’m not moaning as I know it’s not possible to make it working with every single
   theme, but just letting you know in case you wanted to have a look into this 
   in the future.
 * I’m using JupiterX theme by Artbees, unfortunately, the email customizer won’t
   open, it goes into fatal error.
 * The errors are all related to the theme.

 * I don’t have access to that theme to see what they are doing. Have you asked 
   the theme support? Did they give any suggestions?

 * Hi Ben/Joe, fyi, customizer works fine with JupiterX (1.11) until I activated
   WPML plugin. See my last ticket. If you need the theme to check let me know.
