# Problems with jetpack

 * I have this problem. When I try to connect jetpack in my theme, appearse this:
 * The jetpack server could not communicate with your site`s XML-RPC URL. if you
   have w3 total cache plugin installed, desactivate w3 total cache, try to connect
   to wordpress again, reactivate w3 total cache, then clear w3 total cache´s cache.
 * I do everything, but the error still there, because the jetpack connect with 
   wordpress.ogr but appearse this:
 * “your web side has problems to comunicate with jetpack. I need to know if a problem
   with plugins (I desactivate all, and the problem still there), problem with my
   theme, I don´t know.
 * Please help me.
