# Problems with installing a d/l theme

 * Hi,
 * I downloaded a premium theme and after the install finishes I just get a page
   with lots of white space saying ‘are you sure you want to do this?’ and a call
   to action of ‘Please Try Again’. The zipped file is 20MB. Is it a possibility
   that there isn’t enough space on the server?
 * Any ideas?

 * That error could be coming from a coding problem within the theme, a PHP memory
   limit or some kind of security issue. One thing you might try would be unzipping
   the download locally and then uploading the theme via FTP, but any support you
   might need past that would have to come from the theme’s author since these wordpress.
   org forums offer support only for themes and plugins downloaded from wordpress.
   org.

 * thanks lee! I figured out the problem. It was a combination of things to do with
   the extract containing multiple other extracts and the php config for memory 
   size and upload limits were quite low. Fortunately there was a readme file in
   there.
 * All good now. Thanks!
