# Problems with installation?

 * Hello,
 * I installed FB Comments Box Importer plugin.
 * However, since installing the comments status doesn’t allow me to select approved
   comments, when I do and click save it just reloads the page with Not approved
   automatically ticked.
 * Why is this?
