What is your site url?
Usually that happens if the font files are missing or on another location.
A quick fix, would be to add the fontawesome css url to the ignore list, but you should determine where the font files are, as that should not happen.

I have added the url of the font into the ignore list, as also recommended by my theme developer, but with no results. The url I added to the ignore list is like this:
https://mysite.com/wp-content/themes/vantage/fontawesome/css/font-awesome.css

Is this on the pagebuilder only (when you’re editing) or when you’re not editing?
There are no errors on the view log button?
You may need to use a shorter, partial url, try it like this only:
/font-awesome.css
When you say it doesn’t work, is the file being excluded?
Do you have a staging / testing version where I can take a look myself?
