    Hello,

    If i use the german letter’s ä,ö,ü and ß and try to save the email template the plugin deletes the hole template and save it as empty.

    When you want to try it by yourself just copy paste this letters into a text field in a template.

    I tried it with html placeholders like &szlig for ß. But after one current save it breaks the template later too.

    Can u fix this? Thanks for your answer!

    Hi, thanks for your answer. I tested it again – it’s just the letter ß (its another s or ss in german)

    If i write the word Straße which means Street in english erases the template when i hit save/update button.

    Alternative here is the exported email-template code to test it by yourself:

    {“style_container”:{“background-color”:”transparent”,”background-image”:”none”},”rows”:{“0”:{“props”:{“style_outer”:{“padding”:”15px 35px”,”background-image”:”none”,”background-color”:”#ffffff”,”border-left-width”:”0px”,”border-top-width”:”0px”,”border-right-width”:”0px”,”border-bottom-width”:”0px”,”border-radius”:”0px”,”border-color”:”#3c434a”,”width”:”600px”},”type”:”layout/grid1cols”,”dataCols”:”1″},”cols”:{“0”:{“props”:{“style”:{“padding”:”0px”,”background-image”:”none”,”background-color”:”transparent”,”border-left-width”:”0px”,”border-top-width”:”0px”,”border-right-width”:”0px”,”border-bottom-width”:”0px”,”border-radius”:”0px”,”border-color”:”#3c434a”,”width”:”530px”}},”elements”:{“0”:{“type”:”html/text”,”style”:{“width”:”530px”,”line-height”:”22px”,”background-image”:”none”,”background-color”:”transparent”,”padding”:”0px”,”border-left-width”:”0px”,”border-top-width”:”0px”,”border-right-width”:”0px”,”border-bottom-width”:”0px”,”border-radius”:”0px”,”border-color”:”#3c434a”},”content”:{“text”:”<p>The word street means Straße in German</p>”},”attrs”:{},”childStyle”:{}}}}}}}}
