# Problems with FTP

 * Hi there
 * I’ve recently changed my WordPress theme, and even though it nearly converted
   properly, it seems to have gone wrong with Contact Form 7.
 * I contacted the supplier of the theme, but they said that without FTP access 
   they can’t help me.
 * When I signed up for WordPress, I don’t recall, or cannot find my FTP account
   details to get into the site from a different angle.
 * Any idea how I can obtain another way of accessing the site from the ‘back end’
   so to speak?

 * FTP has nothing to do with WordPress. Contact your hostingprovider as FTP has
   to do with your hosting.

 * FTP access is setup using the tools available at the site’s web host.
 * If you are unsure who the host is, enter your site domain here:
 * [http://www.whoishostingthis.com/](http://www.whoishostingthis.com/)
 * You will then need to contact that host and have the proper/correct account information.
