Problems with fixed background

Hi, I have problems with background…It need to be fixed, and when I upload background image, put fixed for vertical backgr.position and centered for horizontal back.position, it is fixed, but it cut top part of photo… Does anyone know what should I do to stop this? when I put “top” for vertical the photo looks great, but it’s not fixed.
