It could be a problem with the sending method you are using, maybe it is flagged as spam by their email client, try to run a spam test with our free tool : http://www.mail-tester.com/
It will probably give you enough information to improve it.
Usually we advise our users with blacklisted server to send with PRO email service providers such as SendGrid or ElasticEmail : http://www.wysija.com/email-service-providers/
