Problems with discount coupons

I understand that customers are using multiple coupons at once on checkout, is this correct?

Please could you clarify if you are using the built-in WooCommerce core coupon management found via Marketing → Coupons?

If yes, there is a setting within which needs to be enabled to restrict multiple coupons being used on a single checkout.

Kindly navigate to Marketing → Coupons → (Click to edit an existing coupon) → Coupon Data → User Restriction tab.

Please make sure that Individual use only is checked, as seen in the screenshot below:

Once this setting is applied, customers will only be able to use one coupon at a time on checkout.

On the other hand, we don’t know how they generated so many discount coupons to use on our site.

If the coupon codes that are being applied by the users, are coupons that you have created (and are active) for your site, I’d suggest checking if you have shared these coupons on any social media or marketing pages.
