    try this rule to fix the button.
    select#ordering_by {
    position: relative !important;
    right: 100px;
    }

    I think the white space at the bottom is coming from a slider pllexislider
    there an unorder list there that should contain images with a class of pllexislider. You may want to check your sittings for this slider.

    Could you explain where to put the code and which settings to change please? As far as I am aware there is no slider on the site at all – the only one I knew about was on the homepage but that is disabled
