    Hi everyone.
    I have a problem with woocommerce coupons.
    I introduce a coupon, the discount applies, etc. but if I go to the payment gateway, and cancel, going back to the checkout of the order, when I finish the order again, I get an error, giving me to understand that the coupon has already been spent on another transaction.
    This or I can understand but sometimes I get the error without having agreed to finish the order, simply applying it and pressing the end order button, I get this error. Does anyone know why this may be?

    Hey @hedicode,

    That is an interesting situation. It sounds like you’re working with an off site payment gateway like PayPal Standard. The customer leaves your WooCommerce site and pays directly at the gateway and is then redirected back to WooCommere.

    In setups like this, a “pending payment” order is usually created when the customer is directed to the gateway. If a coupon is used on this pending payment order, it will count towards one of the uses of the coupon even if the customer doesn’t end up paying at that time.

    What the customer can do is go to the orders section of their account and use the pay link there to finish paying for the order. The other option would be to cancel the original pending payment order and let the customer check out normally again.
