 * Hello,
 * I know it has to do with wrong linking, but I don’t know what I have to change
   to get it right- I have tried quite a lot and nothing solves this issue… After
   opening up a vendor account the dashboard is not displayed, the page is just
   empty and in the link it says ‘veshop.eu/kunde’ (kunde = buyer), instead of,
   what would be correct: veshop.eu/anbieter (anbieter = vendor). I cannot understand
   why it does not work… I use WC Vendors, maybe that causes a problem. Following
   settings:
 * **WC Vendors (free) **
 * Vendor page named ‘Vendor Dashboard’ (with shortcode [wcv_vendor_dashboard] on
   it)
 * Shop setting page named ‘Shop Setting’ (with shortcode [wcv_shop_settings] on
   it)
 * Order page named ‘Orders’ (with shortcode [wcv_orders] on it)
 * **WC Vendors (pro) **
 * Dashboard page named ‘Anbieter’ (with shortcode [wcv_pro_dashboard] on it)
 * **WC Frontend Manager**
 * WCFM Page named ‘Anbieter Hauptmenü’ (with shortcode [wc_frontend_manager] on
   it)
 * Hopefully you know the solution to this mess.
 * Thanks and kind regards
 * Anna

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for get in touch with us.
 * I can understand your situation, you are totally confused and messed up with
   three vendor dashboards.
 * Let me cleaned up things for you, firstly if you have installed WCFM then no
   other vendor dashboard is required any more. Your vendors will have all under
   this and even redirect directly to their dashboard whenever they logged in.
 * Now, as you have said your vendors are stay at buyer page (possibly it’s my-account
   page of your store) when they logged in. This is only possible if they are not
   vendor user.
 * Can you please confirm me one thing, you didn’t have any other multi-vendor plugin
   before and this vendor user are created only for WC Vendors?
 * As if you have previously any other multi-vendor plugin (suppose WC marketplace
   and created few vendor users) then those users are not vendor user for WC vendors,
   you have to change their user roles. But still you will not have their old orders
   and commissions history!!
 * I am happy to debug into your system in depth and fix all these for you then
   please contact us at our support forum – [https://wclovers.com/forums](https://wclovers.com/forums)
 * Please know me if you have any further queries right now.
 * Thank You

 * Hello,
 * yes- you summed it up quite right. 🙂 This linking here and there makes me very
   confused. So I still don’t understand what I need to do in order to fix this-
   do I have to deactivate WC Vendors? I tried various marketplace plugins before,
   but this is not relevant, as I have only demo accounts and demo products.- I
   will promote my website not before everything works like a charm, so I can even
   delete all demo vendor accounts, if that helps. But I don’t think that previous
   vendor accounts are the problem. I just created an account to test WCFM and it
   didn’t work either. So please instruct me what I need to do- hopefully just deactivate
   or elete WC Vendors, that would be great, as I look forward to reducing the amout
   of plugins I have on my page.
 * Thanks and kind regards

 * Hello again,
 * my biggest concern though is: is there split shipping with WCFM? I just want
   to provide the sport where sellers and buyers meet.- I don’t want to have to
   handle their shipping stuff… The solution must be that a potential buyer shops
   various items from various sellers and then at checkout he can see how much shipping
   he has to pay seller A for his goods and how much shipping he must pay seller
   B for his goods and then payment including shipping goes to seller A and seperate
   payment including shipping goes to seller B- or to me and I pay them out including
   the shipping.- But it is important that shipping is paid seperate between the
   sellers, not just one shipping payment, because the goods are sent from different
   locations, so there has to be seperate shipping payment. I don’t know if WCFM
   provides this?
 * Thanks and regards

 * Hi,
 * Previous vedor users are problems!!
 * All multi-vendor plugins creat their own verdor type user role.
 * Now if you created a user with WC Marketlace Vendor user role and expect that
   will work as vendor for WC Vendors then it will never going to be possible.
 * You can check in your system user role dropdown, definitelt you have two user
   riles with same name called “vendor” – one from WC Marketplace and another from
   WC Vendors!!
 * These two roles display name is same but slug is different, one is dc_vendor
   and another is vendor. You can see this if you filter your system vendors by
   user role.
 * Now check your system vendors are with which slug, they should be with “vendor”
   and not with “dc_vendor”. If they are with dc_vendor then change it for any of
   them and try with that user.
 * Please know me is this resolved your issue or not!

 * Shipping, commision and distribution is totally part of multi-vendor plugin.
 * Whatever you see in checkout it’s from WC Vendors now.
 * As far my knowledge WC Vendors does not show shipping such a way in checkout
   page, it’s only available in WC Marketplace and WC Product Vendors. Still you
   may once confirm this from WC Vendors forum!!

 * Hello,
 * I am sorry- but now I am even more confused… I don’t have any ‘dc_vendor’. What
   is ‘dc_vendor’? Please tell me if I can delete WC Vendors so everything is oK.

 * Hi,
 * No, not at all.
 * You should have a multi-vendor plugin installed.
 * Can you please tell me one thing – previously which multi-vendor plugin you had?
 * “dc_vendor” is WC Marketplace vendor user role but it show as Vendor in user
   list, exactly same as WC Vendors user role. I am assuming your vendor users are
   not in WC Vendors user role!’

   But just to make sure we don’t miss eachother I continue writing here as well.
   Regarding the problem of vendor user role- do you think I should run this (User
   Role Editor plugin)?:
 * Reset User Roles
 * WARNING! Resetting will setup default user roles and capabilities from WordPress
   core.
    If any plugins (such as WooCommerce, S2Member and many others) have changed
   user roles and capabilities during installation, those changes will be LOST!
   For more information on how to undo undesired changes and restore plugins capabilities
   in case you lost them by mistake go to: [http://role-editor.com/how-to-restore-deleted-wordpress-user-roles/](http://role-editor.com/how-to-restore-deleted-wordpress-user-roles/)

   delete then?

 * Hi,
 * Opps!!
 * Now that’s something more strange situation, you don’t have WC Vendors user roles
   yet in this list.
 * You have WC Maretplace user roles and anither third party plugin roles.
 * I reliped you in mail, please revert back to me there.
 * Thank You
