What content do you have in the Form tab panel?

In each form there would be an official email and a copy that would be gmail.
Single emails are coming to the client’s gmail.

As admin, I am receiving the email that let’s me know that someone has completed the form. What I need to see in the admin email that I receive are the boxes that they selected so that I know what volunteer opportunities that they are interested in. Thank you again!!
