  • When someone posts a comment and it has been approved, their name and email remain in the comment box. These fields are suppose to be blank for the next person to use. What do I do?

Do you test this by your self ? After sent comment and get approved then your name and email remain on the comment form ?

Yes, I tested it twice. And the name and email remain; they do not clear for the next person.

I recently added a Flag Counter and Revolving Globe to my About Us page. When I updated and viewed the page it look fine. When I sign out and click on the blog page, there it is.

It does the same thing on my Home page.

This is a browser specific issue related to saving ‘form data’ and will vary by browser and personal settings. This is why we don’t use public computers for logging into our bank accounts (or should not) and all well read security folk will advise to clear the browser of all data after each login/logout.

I am not an experienced IT person; not computer oriented-so I am a little nervous about that. The last time someone helped me do this I lost all my favorites.

Can you tell me the process so this does not happen?

I use Internet Explorer. I am not using a public system. OK how do I clear the browser?

This has never happened to me before and I have updated the blog several times.

Thank you. I will let you know how it goes. I will have to do this after work.
