  • Hi there,
    I am receiving a lot of emails from customers complaining that my Woo commerce website checkout will not let them enter a billing “state”. People said they have tried using 3 different web browsers without success. The system will not let them place the order unless they add this information.
    Can anyone suggest how I can fix this?

    Hi,

    My client has the same issue on her site! Although on her site the plugin keeps asking for a required billing address . Did you find a solution by any chance?
