• I have been using the plugin for the last year, everything had been perfect until the plugin was conflicting with the WooCommerce emails.

    My website was not generating automatic WooCommerce emails when orders are received or when orders are completed and the only way to solve this is by deactivating the PDF Invoice plugin.

    Hi Niles;

    I have managed to solve this by deactivating the option that allows to attach the PDF invoices in the mail. I hope this works for you.

    Kind regards

    Same problem here.
    Indeed, deactivating the attachment or uninstalling the plugin solves the issue of not generating mails. But I assume that this is not a real solution for the problem.
    Hopefully the developer is willing and able to fix it.

    I need more info in order to help you out. Please read the first topic, enable debug logging and let me know the errors you see in your debug.log file. You’ll find it in wp-content folder.

    To easily enable debug logging use below plugin.
