Problems with automated #backupwordpress

Hi, Hope someone can help – I’m having using automated #backupwordpress.

The issue is described as:
wp-cron.php is returning a Failure when receiving data from the peer

However manual back ups do run and are successful.

Helps material suggest inserting:
define( ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true )
within wp-cron.php
But I don’t know where to place it to see if that works?

I’m afraid I’m not a coder so can anyone assist with this issue please?
