    Hi, im having a real bad time trying to find a good form builder. After 3 days looking for, i found Forminator and it seems to be the one that suits my expectations. I was building my first form, i made de integration with Mailchimp and all was going great until i had to assign fields, then ive got not fields to assign, ive just got NONE en every single field.

    I disconected and connected Mailchimp like 3 times, i even changed names to english of fields in Maichimp but any single thing didnt work. This is frustrating.

    I even tried to buy the plugin, but my card didnt work (which is weird since does have balance) and my bank is already closed due to lockdown timetable and i really, really, really need to fix this soon.

    Can u guys pls help me. Is there some hidden config i must go thru to fix this???

    Hello @milcapeguero,

    I am sorry to see that you had to go through a lot of trouble here. To help you with it, could you please help me with the following:

    1. Export of your form:
    You can export the form from Forminator-> Click the gear icon beside the form name and hit the export button You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or Pastebin to send us the form. Do make sure you wipe all the confidential data from the form.

    2. Screenshot of the fields mapped in MailChimp to understand if they are mapped correctly.
