    I downloaded the plug in to make the purchase page. The plug in is Cart Flows. Name
    Funnel Builder by Cartflows.
    …
    So I went to the tab of the panel that has Cart Flows. I clicked on steps. To add
    new and do it manually (I didn’t choose a ready page).
    When I am directed to edit this page in wordpress, the settings
    that should appear for editing do not appear.

    It seems that you have created a flow from scratch. So, if you want to design the page as per your needs then you need to use any page builder plugin.

    You can use Guttenberg as well to design the CartFlows pages.

    It is Guttenberg, ok. However, what is the full name?

    Moderator note: No plugin is needed. Gutenberg is the block editor shipped with WP since 5.0. The Gutenberg plugin adds beta and pre-release features before they wind up in WP core.
