Hi there,
It looks like one or more of these plugins are playing spoilsport with WooCommerce or have it corrupted, this is the reason why it gets reverted to the WooCommerce wizard.
Why don’t you try this, if you have file manager access of some sort from your CPanel (not necessarily FTP), can you copy the plugin folders – /wp-content/plugins (except WooCommerce) to a new folder and try accessing your site’s wp-admin again?
If that resolves your issue, enable each plugin one by one by copying it back to the original directory while continuing to test until you find the plugin that causes the issue.
Let us know if you still need help after this process.
I’ve done what you told me, move the plugin folders and leave only the woocommers but when you activate it, the same thing happens
Hi there,
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks.
As I said before, with woocommerce enabled I can not access the backend only the woocommerce configuration screen appears.
I am trying to restore to previous state.

@joselalonso2018 were you able to get this resolved with the restore?
