Problems when edit any taxonomy which urls are been changed

Hi there

Recently I have detected some issues whith the taxonomies (categories and tags) which previously I have changed their url:

(ie: domain.com/tag/tag-name/ to domain.com/tag-name/)

If I try to update whatever of these categories/tags, it automatically deactivate the custom permalinks and come back to the default versión:

domain.com/tag-name/ come back to domain.com/tag/tag-name/)

If you don’t pay atention and leave this url changed, it cause a error 404 in these pages and could harm the SEO
