@mstephan76 – What are the differences between those two pages? I see the second page is not rendering the displays, only the preview image, whereas the first appears to be working correctly. How did you create the second page?

    Thanks!

i created the both pages in the same way… i can’t see any differences between there two pages… i have even compared the database entries… how can i fix this problem? does anyone have a solution for this problem?

@mstephan76 – The content structure is different between the two pages, this is why I asked if there are any differences between how they were created.

You might also look at your WordPress Permalinks structure, have you tried something like “Post name” or “Month and name” as alternatives?

If you do change your Permalinks, remember to clear the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous afterward.

    Thanks!

I use the post name as permalink… and i have cleared the image cache… what else can i do… you can see nothing helped… is there a possibility to contact you outside this help forum?

@mstephan76 – Please send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need temporary log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please consider those for your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
