# Problems unzipping file

 * I used Backup Scheduler to back up my files, when I try to unzip them I get an‘
   unspecified error’.
    How do I fix this?

 * I had a look at the how-to tab, and other questions that have been posted.
    When
   I try to unzip the file using winzip, it comes up with an error. When I upload
   the file to my hosting service and then try to unzip (which I’ve been able to
   do with other zipped files), it comes back with an error.

 * Sure that you have all the files on the same folder ?
    Have you got a screen 
   shot ?

 * When I go into the zip file and everything seems fine, all the files are there.

   extract the files.

 * You have only one single ziop file ? Where are the z01 files z02 files etc. ?
