[resolved] Problems unzipping file (8 posts)

    I used Backup Scheduler to back up my files, when I try to unzip them I get an 'unspecified error'.
    How do I fix this?

    Have you read the how to tab ?
    Which software do you use ?

    I had a look at the how-to tab, and other questions that have been posted.
    When I try to unzip the file using winzip, it comes up with an error. When I upload the file to my hosting service and then try to unzip (which I've been able to do with other zipped files), it comes back with an error.

    Sure that you have all the files on the same folder ?
    Have you got a screen shot ?

    When I go into the zip file and everything seems fine, all the files are there.

    I've inserted a link to a screenshot to show you what happens when I try to extract the files.

    Errr ... This is not winzip ... This is the unzip windows function

    You have only one single ziop file ? Where are the z01 files z02 files etc. ?
