    Hi!

I’ve been testing to see whether your plugin fits our usecase on a local environment and thus far I’m quite happy with what I’m seeing 🙂

There seems to be some kind of a problem saving the notification messages however. I created a POGO coupon where I picked a single product for “BUY”. I then added 2 products under get, with 10% off discounts, Marked quantity as any and chose Manually added by the customer.

Now when I try to customize the notification, the moment I click save, I end up with a white screen with another save button at the top. After I click that as well, the page reloads, but the text is still the default one both in the editor and in cart.

I have tried to delete the coupon and create a new one, pressing both save buttons or only the first one, changing different settings. Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

I also checked the console, but the only error message seems to be regarding a missing error: TypeError: can’t access property “message”, e is undefined

Any assitance would be much appreciated!

    Hi, riymak!

Thanks for opening a support ticket. The issue only occurs when customizing the notification message? Does the coupon save correctly if you don’t try to customize the notification message (saving the coupon with the default notification settings)?

We have identified a bug related to that section of the dashboard and we expect to have that patch fixed alongside some other UI improvements by next weekend most likely.

    Thanks, Rafael.

    Hi Rafael!

Thank you for looking into it, really glad to hear that an upcoming patch should already fix that.

Now regarding saving in general, it seems like it works as expected. I managed to create a coupon and have it be automatically applied and it seems to do exactly what we need it to do.

I also have a suggestion for future development. Right now it seems like there’s only a notification message if a “buy one” product is in the cart. I feel like it could be beneficial to have a separate message if there is only a “get one” product in the cart as well. Probably something like “You can get [product that’s in cart already] for free if you also buy Y”. Most often the “buy one” products are more expensive and it would be very beneficial to convince even a small percentage of buyers to buy one of these as well.

    Hi, Riymak.

A new version (1.1.3) is up! It should fix the dashboard bugs along with some other minor improvements. Hopefully your issue is fixed.

Also thank you for the feedback and suggestions.

    Best regards,

    Rafael Serna.
