Problems to Install WordPress

    Hi there,

    I’am new with wordpress. I would like to install it on a PC under Windows 10.0.
    I load down the latest version but have no clue to get it running. I would like to install it local on PC to figure out, how the software run and how to create Web-Pages. So the next is, what do i have to install before like SQL and PHP?

    Can anyone give me some tips to get it rinning, or can you reccoment a good documentation and if possible in German?
