Problems to activate/download extensions

    Hello…
    I have problems when trying to install new extensions.

    Description of the problem:
    1)By default only page builder extension is activated.
    2)I click download to install any other extension and send me to put FTP details
    3) The error appear and cant use the extension>
    Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:/inetpub/wwwroot/WordpressMB/wp-content/tmp/fw-extension-download/temp.zip’
    4) Then I check /wp-content/tmp/fw-extension-download/ and its empty
