Whenever anyone attempts to fill the form and submit it, the page just endlessly loads and doesn’t prompt or go anywhere. This is also true for any other job listings that have been made to test this.

    Hello,

Thank you for the prompt response. However, it seems to still be an issue on our end. Anytime I have someone test this it endlessly loads and does not submit.

    Hello,

It seems to work for some folks but not others. Not sure if the following image helps at all but this is what happens when it endlessly loads.

    Hello @yaboyitachi,

It seems due to an error from the server while submission. Please consult your server maintenance team to look into this issue.

If you require further assistance please let us know.

    Hi there,

we have a quite similar problem. Applicants reported that sending the job form gets stucked in an endless loading spinner. Turns out that the problem occurs in latest Chrome version. Latest Firefox is working fine.

This can be tested at https://www.qudosoft.de/job/werkstudentin-atlassian-tools/

My browser dev tools only show:

[Deprecation] Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.
    send @ jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2
    ajax @ jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2
    s.ajax.s.ajax @ jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2:2

    dispatch @ jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2
    v.handle @ jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2`

Could you please inspect this issue and give any advice.
    Thanks in advance
    Cheers

    Hi @stephan-zimmermann,

    We apologies for the inconvenience.

We have tested the issue on both browsers on your website and on our test environment but unfortunately, the issue is only on your website. So we concluded that this is being caused due to conflict with any plugin or theme which is stopping it from working on chrome. We would suggest you please deactivate plugins step by step and check which one is conflicting.

Feel free to reach out if the issue still persists.

    Hi Arsalan,

I also experience the same problem as mentioned above. This seems to only happen on Chrome browsers as Firefox and Safari work fine.

This can be tested at http://www.pbaco.org/jobs/patient-access-coordinator

Please let me know of any findings.

    Hello @yaboyitachi,

    Thanks for writing to us.

We have tested your shared post and jobs have been submitted from all browsers without any issue. It could be caused due to an error from the server while submission. Please consult your server team to look into this issue.

If you require further assistance please let us know.

    Regards,

    Hi @arsalanahmed901 ,

thx for your instant check and quick reply. You’re right. The plugin wasn’t causing the problem. In my case it was a wrong set HTML header.

The following line in our functions.php caused the problem:

    header(“Feature-Policy: accelerometer ‘none’ ; ambient-light-sensor ‘none’ ; autoplay ‘none’ ; camera ‘none’ ; encrypted-media ‘none’ ; fullscreen ‘none’ ; geolocation ‘none’ ; gyroscope ‘none’ ; magnetometer ‘none’ ; microphone ‘none’ ; midi ‘none’ ; payment ‘none’ ; speaker ‘none’ ; sync-xhr ‘none’ ; usb ‘none’ ; notifications ‘none’ ; vibrate ‘none’ ; push ‘none’ ; vr ‘none’ “);

    I simply removed it.

Thanks for your plugins and support. I really appreciate them.
    Cheers
    Stephan
