    Hi There,

Thank you for your plugin. I’ve been using your plugin for some time and use it on several Woocommerce sites, especially to customise the email notifications.

When I updated to the latest version of Woocommerce (3.7.0), all the HTML code that once worked in your plugin no longer does so.

To be clear, the plugin is still working for me. However, any HTML code I’ve used now doesn’t work. For example, this used to work well:

Thank you for your order. We’ll be in touch shortly. (You’ll also receive an email notification of your order. Please check your spam box.)<br><br> In the meantime, you can check out today’s order on your My Account page.<br><br> (If this is the first time you’ve ordered from us, you’ll also be emailed your username and password. You can update your details and change your password on the My Account page).

Now, the HTML code is exposed.

    Can you please advise.

From your description, it sounds like WooCommerce is now escaping the string before output which means that they expect it to be a plain-text string and HTML won’t be rendered as you’d expect.

In this case, you’d need to remove any HTML from your replacement string.
